Education:
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, Diploma in Computers, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management, BCA in Computers
- PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations, Information Technology, International Business, Systems, Operations, MCA in Computers, MCM in Computers and Management, M.Tech in Computers
Experience Required: 0 to 3 years
Salary Range: INR 2.5Lacs to 4.5 Lacs
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and multitasking Business System Analyst who has knowledge and experience in -
- As a group of companies, we have several verticals through which we offer multiple services mainly to B2B & B2C
- The candidate should be able to execute and drive multiple internal business operations mapping, implementation, and execution. within the company including overall HR process for the UK and day-to-day business operations management for all the business verticles, and Admin management for all entities.
- Exposure to basic key functions of a company: Operations, project management, HR and admin, Finance and client management
- Project Management experience with Analysis & Design, Delivery & Implementations
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills by proficient use of Microsoft Office Software and the latest online tools
- Overall Team Management & Reporting
- Attention to detail, excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills
- Computer Proficiency: Communicate effectively with staff/executives Effective verbal/written communication skills
- Customer-service orientation

- Highly motivated, reliable, proactive with a positive attitude
- Fluent oral & written English communication
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
