  • UK/Europe Account Manager - Talent Acquisition Apply

    • Shift: Monday to Friday (UK Timings)
    • Location: Balewadi, Pune
    • Role: Full Time – Permanent
    • Experience required: Only UK Europe Experienced
    • Industry: IT/ Recruitment

    Education: Any Computer/Engineering degree. UG/PG preferred.

    Job Description:

    The applicant must have experience in the UK & Europe Recruitment and Account management

     

    • The person should be skillful and well versed with all the systems, clientele, tools, procedures, and statutory aspects of the operations.
    • The person should be experienced in technical CV sourcing, articulate in communicating with the clients and candidates, have excellent negotiating skills, a thorough approach, and high standards of integrity and professionalism.
    • The person should have worked in the UK and Europe for at least one year with at least one of the Indian IT services companies catering to the UK and Europe.
    • The person should have built up a strong relationship within the Indian IT services companies based in the UK and Europe and have worked within several departments and should be able to bring in independent client relations.
    • Must have a sound knowledge of all acceptable work authorizations for UK and Europe
    • The person should be able to establish technical recruitment teams, device performance targets, and incentive structures, training, and knowledge management.
    • The person should be well versed with various aspects of client/account management and should have exercised them skilfully during their experience.
    • The individual should be able to build, operate, and grow the operations profitably and enhance the profit margins.
    • Ability to design and develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants whilst closely controlling cost.
    • Be a player-coach, owning full-cycle recruitment for a handful of requisitions at any given moment.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand the complexities of their functions.

    • The person should willing to work from our UK/EU office as they will have an opportunity for the same.
